Cannot play movie itunes

I just recently download movie 4k in itunes then i watch from the ipad no problem after that i want to connect from tv using hdmi device because i used to watch itunes from my hdmi connector then after few second i connect to tv there is message “ cannot play movie , the connected display is not authorized to play protected movies”  i just think this must be ios 11.03 problem because before update i cannot find any problem please please you guys checked any problem on this ios 11.03 tell to the programmer ios that they software had bad issued thank you for helping me, oh ya i using iphone 7+ same problem that message come out
