Apple Watch when Alarm not correct timezone

I have had my Applewatch since it came out and upgraded to the Nike one last year.  I have never had a problem with my alarm not having the correct timezone until last week.  My watch is showing the correct time, the alarm is showing the correct time, but when I put it on the charger and it is in nightstand mode, it goes to the timezone of my home.  Meaning I am in Little Rock currently, I want to wake up at 7:00AM, I put that on the watch and when I put it on the charger, it automatically changes to Arizona time, meaning 9:00AM.  Can you help me?
