Can I use Apple Watch series 3 without iPhone pairing up or iPhone 6 on iOS 9.0.2 if so how??? Pleaseeee help because just spent £430 for it and I can't even use it and I don't want to update my iPhone either

I'm afraid that the answer to both of your questions is no.

Apple Watch Series 3 (GPS) requires an iPhone 5s or newer with the latest version of iOS 11.x.

Apple Watch Series 3 (GPS + Cellular) requires an iPhone 6 or newer with the latest version of iOS 11.x.

Apple Watch cannot be set up on a compatible iPhone model running an earlier version of iOS or set up on a standalone basis or synced with any other device from Apple or any other manufacturer.
