ipad got black screen after using apple configu...

We have ~100 iPads, and using apple configurator to manage these devices.

Last week, we have try to use apple configurator 2.5 to "supervised and restore" iPads to ios 11.0.

But all of them got into "black screen" (not restore mode / DFU mode), however, the iPad can still add profiles, add apps but do anything on the screen untill we force reset the iPads' power.

We tried to restore iPad one by one but get the same result, and try to upgrade to 11.0.1 and 11.0.2, but...it's same.

we have iPad mini 3, iPad Air ( 1st gen ) and iPad Air ( 2nd gen ), all of them get the same issue.
