What cable to I need?

I recently purchased a new iMac and want to move files from an 2007 iMac.  The older iMac has two Firewire ports and the newer has Thunderbolt inputs. So what cable or adapter do I need. I've looked on Apple's accessory page and on Amazon, but I don't think I see what I need.  I already have a Firewire to Firewire cable. Is there an an adapter that I can fit on one side that will go to Thunderbolt?

Assuming the FireWire cable you have is FireWire 800: Apple Thunderbolt to FireWire Adapter - Apple.

Do not connect the two computers together. Connect your Time Machine or bootable clone external HD that you used on the old computer to the new iMac via USB cable. That is the most reliable method to use Setup Assistant or  Migration Assistant. Any other method is not as reliable! 10+ years of experience here!!!

Thanks for the responses. Here is what I needed to do:  I had to get a Firewire 400 to 800 adapter and then the Apple Firewire to Thunderbolt adapter.
