Adding iCloud email to windows 10 impossible

my laptop had to be reset. It returned and I have been trying to add my iCloud account which I previously have added with no issues. Tried through outlook using a specific generated password. Changed port numbers as recommended, tried every option I could think of. No luck

sod it I thought I will add it to the windows mail app. Still nothing. Any thoughts.
