Certain tracks in an album are greyed out

I'm an Apple Music subscriber - I've noticed that certain tracks on some albums are greyed out (Tom Petty's Greatest Hits, Nathaniel Rateliff & The Night Sweats Live At Red Rocks)

Is that because those albums are not available for streaming / I would need to purchase them?
