Upgrading your mac

Is it possible to upgrade your processor after you have purchased the device? (There was an option to upgrade your processor prior to purchasing)

I.e. Upgrading from the 1.8GHz dual-core Intel Core i5 processor, to a 2.2GHz dual-core Intel Core i7 processor

Also what would be the pricing if this is possible

If you already purchased,you need to contact Apple Store to find possibility to configure your order. Maybe you'll cancel it and re-order the exact model that you want

It is not possible to replace/upgrade the processor in a MacBook Air.

Also while your here, would there be any other way to upgrading the specs of my laptop?

I believe the only component that can be changed is the SSD. Doing this would increase the storage capacity, but not change the speed. If your are noticing a decrease in operating speed, it is possible there is an issue with installed software.
