Achievement streaks

When I upgraded to iOS 11 I lost most of my achievement streak. It went from 347 days to 166. Slightly upsetting. I worked with tech support but it’s gone. Everything before April 8th has disappeared.

Now fast forward to yesterday. I bought a shiney new iPhone 8plus And today I have a 1 day streak!!  All my info and activity is showing in my app, from April 8th. But all my awards and streaks have gone.

I have closed all apps. Shut off my phone and watch. Turned my phone on first. Still 1 day!!!
