Help i need sierra

macOS Sierra has been replaced by High Sierra.

I did that, it took me to the app store and it said that mac os sierra was not available

Please identify your specific Mac model. There are at least a hundred different models.

Boot macOS Internet Recovery. That requires one of the startup key combinations using an option key. You will know that Internet Recovery loads when you see the "spinning globe" icon when you start your Mac in that mode.

Thank you , i was using the wrong keys, now i used shift option command r and it took me to a reinstall of mountain lion. Currently downloading, thank you!

If you've previously had Sierra purchased from the Mac App Store, look for macOS Sierra in your previous purchases "Purchased" list within the Mac App Store, and download it from there.   At least that's how this whole sequence usually works.   Alas, having just looked at the local Purchased list and from a system that's currently running Sierra, I don't see Sierra listed there, so your likely recourse here is a call to Apple Support about acquiring this download, or an upgrade to High Sierra, or maybe finding a Sierra installer from an old backup you've kept around locally or from an old bootable installer you've previously built from Sierra.

Recovery here is very likely loading the version that was originally associated with this Mac.
