I have 2 problams

1. I updated my ipad and it shows I have many app updates, but it’s stuck. It doesn’t update anything.

2. I got an email about ID icloud access which I believe to be fake, how do I contact apple to verify it’s authenticity?



I would address problem #2 first.  If you are not sure about the email just delete it.  Next go to Apple and sign into your account.  Any verifications, or changes that you need to make can be done directly in your account with no need to respond to questionable emails. 

This may solve problem #1.  If not try updating just 1 or 2 apps it is possible that your internet connection is running slow, and slowing things down.
