Unknown computers showing up
Two unknown computers show up under "shared". What does this mean?
That they're nearby and available to share with... but only if you have the log in details for them (and they for you). It's quite harmless.
If you see unrecognized devices "on your network" it does not put you at risk. You are seeing that others have "Shared" (i.e, made available for possible use) their resources. There is NO reciprocity.
System Preferences > Sharing ...
... if everything is unchecked, you are not Sharing ANYTHING.
[Provided you are using a long, strong password, your login is unknowable, and your files are private.]
