App Store won’t accept visa

I’ve entered the correct information into payment information but it won’t accept my card. I’m not purchasing anything, just trying to update the apps I already have on my iPhone. 

I suggest that you contact directly iTunes Store Support at:

iTunes - Official Apple Support

and explain your problem.
