Contacts and VIP users identified as Junk

Hi, in the last month or so, all emails from my brother and sister are shown as Junk. My brother is being moved to the junk folder, while my sister is just colored as junk in my inbox. I've checked the settings and anyone in my contact list should not be junk. Any ideas?
