Screen goes static very time I press on the lef...

when my iPad is horizontal and i press on the bottom right the screen goes static besides a white bar on the bottom. I have the iPad Pro 10.5 and I haven’t been able to fix it. I tried turning it off and on but It hasn’t done anything. Please help the iPad is brand new and hasn’t been dropped or had any water damage
