I completed a purchase but my plan is not upgraded

I completed iCloud Drive purchase but my plan is not upgraded

Try one of two things -- restarting the device -- Restart your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support OR sign out of your iCloud account, and sign back in.

Also, go to Settings > iCloud > Storage > Manage Storage > look at bottom bar to see how much storage you have.
