Apple Visualizer glitch

Hello! The past month I've had some small issues with iTunes Visualizer. when I turn it on it comes up as black (background colors phase and the name of the song pop up but it doesn't actually do what its supposed to and my mouse goes invisible) to fix this i go back to home to free mouse then go back to visualizer to change view between iTunes visualizer and iTunes classic to reset it, I then slide the mouse to the side because it doesn't auto-hide. today I had a strange bug though that's where I get this screenshot.

Is there any way that I can get iTunes Visualizer to function properly?
