App store troubleshooting?

my app store says your account is not valid in USA, switch to australia. even after switching to australia in itunes store, it still shows the same notice.what should i do?please help !!

Where are you located? You can only use the iTunes/App store in the country in which your are located and your account, address and payment method must be associated with that country.

Can't download app in App Store .. The problem is payment information
