I accidentally deleted my message app how do get back

Sometimes syncing with iTunes computer using a USB cord helps.

I did the same thing...

Go  Settings>General>Erase all Settings and Data.  You will be prompted to enter iCloud password in order to proceed.  Proceed with erase.  After restore, you will click home button and go through set up.  If you have a back up before you deleted message app then choose that one.  If not, set up as new device(iPhone,iPad,iPod.)  You will be prompted for Apple ID/password proceed through to next process.  When finished and you are looking at your home screen the message app will be reappear.   AppStore>purchases>tap to reload.  Settings>messages>iMessage turn on.  All these steps are for setup of new device.
