How can I manage the display of individual song...

On my iPad (running up to date iOS 11), I listen to a lot of classical music. For this sort of music, a "song" is often a single movement of a piece with several movements, so a typical song name will contain the composer's name, opus number, name of the piece before the title or number of the movement. Despite using all the available screen real estate, this line of text is too long for me to see the end of it in most versions of the display. There is a huge display of the album cover, making things worse. I don't seem to have control over any of the display elements, font sizes etc. Is there a way to change the Music app's display?
