videos playing turn green

Upgraded Safari to Version 11.0.1 (13604.3.5) now when I play a video on Quicktime player the video turns to green, you can still see the video but it's like the green is now maxed out. How do I correct this.

Mac mini (Late 2012)

10.13.1

2.3 GHz Intel Core i7

Intel HD Graphics 4000 1536 MB

Are the videos playing within the browser or in Quicktime player?  If it is just in Quicktime player than possibly change to VLC.
