Too much storage taken by the System

Hi,

I want to install windows 10 on my macbook but my disc is full. I went to about this Mac and saw how much space was taken up by the system. I want to clear some of the space but I just can't. I tried OmniDiskSweeper with root access but it didn't clear up any space. Any help with clearing that space?
