My MacBook Pro isn't playing up. It won't always load, at the moment it will go to the normal start up screen when I turn it on the will load for ages then the apple sign will turn to a circle with a line through it. What do I do?

Which MacBook Pro model do you have (e.g., "15-inch Late 2011") and which version of OS X are you running?

I am having the same problem. I was working on word and then it crashed. I then switched it off and now all I get is the apple and the wheel going round. I bought my mac in 2011.

Anyone know hoe to fix it
