iPod Cannot Stop Syncing

Hello. I'm having trouble syncing my iPod Touch (6th Generation). It keeps getting stuck on Step 2 (Backing Up). It's weird because moments ago I just downloaded the Adobe Acrobat app and put several books onto my device, but now it is unable to put the new music on my device. I've tried restarting iTunes, Computer, and iPod without any luck.

I was tweaking my computer's Services.msc and msconfig the other day to try and make my computer faster, I wonder if I accidentally turned off a piece of iTunes? I know I'm supposed to have Bonjour and Apple Mobile Devices set on Automatic, is there any other service involved?
