How do I undo ios11 on my MacBook Pro?

I updated my MacBook Pro to iOS11 and some of the apps I use for work will not work. Can I undo the update until the apps catch up?

The MacBook does not run iOS 11. iOS 11 is just that, an operating system for iOS devices, i.e. iPhone, iPad, etc.. If you are speaking about iOS, then that cannot be downgraded. If you are actually speaking about MacBook OS, then that would be OS X, and what ever version you are referring to. Check and rephrase your question.

To revert to a previous Mac OS you will need to backup, then reformat your disk and install the previous OS. If you have a Time Machine backup you can boot into Recovery and use "Restore from Time Machine backup"
