2017 13inch MacBook Pro rattles when Tilted

I have brought a 2017 13inch MacBook last month. I was a perfect machine and was working good. One day when I was handling my MacBook to my brother I felt like something was moving inside my MacBook. Later on I found that my MacBook make rattle sound when it is tilted in either direction but doesn't make any rattle when the screen lid is closed. I went to the nearest service centre and the couldn't resolve the issue and also contacted apple callcenter they couldn't resolve the issue too.

What is the cause of the issue ?

Doest it effect my hardware ? Is this a design flaw ?

It is know that it's in the screen. There is a layer that spreads the light or something like that, and that layer isn’t fixed so well. It’s smaller than the actual display so that’s what is happening when you tilt it unfortunately. I have that too, exact macbook, same deal.
