Flickering color bars without cracks/visible da...

I bought my macbook pro 2017 model, 13 inch without touchbar. I love it and i never treated it bad. I used it this morning on my desk, I closed it gently. When i opened it, it was fine, but after a white i started to see weird color bars on the left side of the screen. This made my heart break, Im 16 and i had saved up for this Mac for like forever and im always using it gently. I checked the screen and everything on the Mac and it is no visible damage.

Its been less then 3 months since i purchased it. Will Apple replace this or do i have to pay for the repair?

I feel like this is very unfair, a screen should not have problems like this when it doesnt have ANY visible damage. I cant remember that i have dropped anything on it or closed it on anything either.
