My Apple Pencil doesn't work properly.

Since the latest update of iOS 10.3.1, my Apple Pencil doesn’t work properly. It seems like the Palm rejection function doesn’t work. A line breaks or disappears every time my iPad pro (12.9) recognize my palm as a touch. It happens so often on all apps such as Memo, Illustrator draw or Procreate. So I can’t draw or write properly or efficiently. I use some cloth or paper under my palm to prevent this phenomenon which really irritates me… I've already tried Rebooting the iPad or Reregistration of the Apple pencil. But non of them helped to solve this.

Can anyone helps me out with this?

Just to cover the bases, have you made sure the tip of your Apple Pencil is screwed in securely?

I have. But unfortunately it didn't make any change. It seems like I'm having a problem on software.
