Mac Pro Died with MacOS High Sierra

After Updating the whole Media department several iMacs have issues took several days to fixed but one Mac Pro looks like died after 2 to 4 hours working with MacOS High Sierra,

The Screen has vertical lines, already research hundreds of Websites for solutions and tested, but nothing works, I can boot the drive from another iMac, I did test with another Monitor but still with the vertical lines.

Has anyone had the problem, I test with another video card but not sure if is compatible because nothing show up , not sure what to do and this is the Main Mac Pro for the Media department, I don't what to think I need to buy another Mac Pro because is not possible at the moment but has anyone gone through this problem before.

This is a Mac Pro 2010

With Intel  Xeon CPU

with an Apple display

1 TB Hard Drive

Video Card HD Radeon 5770
