Is System Preferences

I've installed Windows 10 using the boot camp assistant, and noticed in System Preferences -> Startup Disk,  "BOOTCAMP Windows" shows up as a folder, while "macbookpro macOS, 10.13.1" shows up as a disk.  Is that correct?  I'm having trouble switching between the two systems.

This is what "diskutil list" shows, did I partition it correctly?

/dev/disk0 (internal, physical):

   #:                       TYPE NAME                    SIZE       IDENTIFIER

   0:      GUID_partition_scheme                        *1.0 TB     disk0

   1:                        EFI EFI                     209.7 MB   disk0s1

   2:                 Apple_APFS Container disk1         901.0 GB   disk0s2

3:       Microsoft Basic Data BOOTCAMP                99.3 GB    disk0s3

/dev/disk1 (synthesized):

   #:                       TYPE NAME                    SIZE       IDENTIFIER

   0:      APFS Container Scheme -                      +901.0 GB   disk1

                                 Physical Store disk0s2

   1:                APFS Volume macbookpro              565.6 GB   disk1s1

   2:                APFS Volume Preboot                 39.3 MB    disk1s2

   3:                APFS Volume Recovery                1.0 GB     disk1s3

   4:                APFS Volume VM                      1.1 GB     disk1s4

I'm running High Sierra (10.13.1) on a mid-2014 macbook pro retina 15", with 2.8 GHz processor, 16MB RAM and 1TB flash drive.

If you'd like to see the bigger problem: MacOS startup disk only seen in local recovery after boot camp
