My wife prints out a number of kids books which are double-sided and short-edge binded. On a Mac when you print you not only get the option to print double-sided but you choose long-edge or short-edge binding (which make the orientation on the reverse side of the page correct.

My wife ditched her old MBA and now has an iPad Pro and loves it, only when she airprints to this same printer, she has the option of double-sided, but no option for long-edge or short-edge, and it seems to default to long-edge, meaning she can't print out any of her books anymore.

Can this setting be changed anywhere?
