100g Icloud photoes download

I have more than 100G of photos and videos in icloud.

I trying to reach apple support through a call or chat- but these options are not available in my country, although  I have a 1T icloud account and I am a paying customer.

I need a way to download all my material to my PC.

I tried few ways:

• Using Icloud photos site- you can download one by one, or in groups by day, but not the entire library.
• Using Icloud for windows- There is only an options to download new photos and videos. I tried anyway- I selected a download library and It stopped after about 800 items.

Dead End.

How can I download all my photos to my PC?

This support document Set up and use iCloud Photo Library on your Windows PC - Apple Support suggests you should be able to download all of your images if you do it one year at a time.

It does not work. Nothing happens.

And of course, there is no way that you can monitor the download.

By the way, I am using the latest version of ICloud For Windows.

It seems that Apple simply don't want us to be able to download everything.

I have the same problem, starting a download for a particular year, the download stops for some reason, I have tried various things like stopping the three processes, re-installing. But it still won't work. So irritated...

Anyone who has read a solution on this?
