Unable to downgrade iCloud storage, done option...

I accidently pressed the upgrade storage for 17 dlls a month, I have tried to downgrade to the free plan , but the don option is grey and not blue, what should I do?

If you've followed the steps here to the letter -- iCloud storage upgrades and downgrades - Apple Support, and it still isn't working for you, reach out to Apple Support -- Contact - Official Apple Support.

IN downgrade storage, although its showing to downgrade but "Done" button is grey (can't click).
