Refund or purshase

I purshase gems on samurai vs defense 2 for 2800 gems and the money was taken but i didnt recieve anything and i send email to glu mobile games they inform to contact apple support plz advice.

If you purchased the gems from the Mac app/ iTunes store, you would have received an electronic receipt,   On the bottom is an invitation to report a problem.   Report what you wrote here as your problem and it will be attended to.
