Key in chinese words problem

Hi,

I added Chinese language from the tooldbars, first 2 days ok but now unable to use, and no option show from the language toolbars, try check from the setting but Chinese (China) already added in the system , unable to remove and re add it. even for the Chinese language (Singapore) unable to be add. Kindly assist. Thank you
