Can I have an Apple product delivered on an App...

I want to buy the top-of-the-line macbook pro (15 inch) from the US. However it is mentioned that i need to order the laptop (a configuration other than the default) and that i cannot pick it up from the store. I wanted to ask if i can order this and have it delivered on the store so that I (as a non-US resident) can buy it from the US.

A few questions:

1. Are you in the U.S.?

2. Do you have a valid credit card that you can use in the U.S.?

3. Do you have a U.S. delivery address?
