What is a Mac user option to view videos produc...

What options does a Mac user have to view videos that were produced for use with Adobe Flash Player? Since Apple has decided to not support Flash Player there appears to be no option to view these videos. PLUS, I have found, just as reported, that Flash Player is prone to bringing in viruses. Although I had Flash Player on my MacBook Pro, I kept getting popups saying I needed to upgrade, which I finally did. NOT GOOD, the update brought in a virus (popup ads just kept coming anytime I went to a Safari website) which took 2 hours of Apple assistance to get rid of. I find that when I visit with groups/organizations/businesses, that use Flash Player to produce their instructional videos, indicating that people with Macs can't view the videos without the possibility of serious consequences on their computers, they don't seem to understand or care that Flash Player is "old school" and outdated.

BUT the real problem is that I am wondering if there is any option for viewing videos produced for Flash Player on my Mac's?

1. Apple supports Flash on Macs, but not on iOS devices.

2. Manually visit get.adobe.com or helpx.adobe.com and download it. Don’t try getting it from any other source.
