Iphone does not sync changes made on Mac

If I add Songs to a playlist, create a playlist or something else on mac or PC, this is not synced to my Iphone 7 plus but to my Iphone 6 plus.

I first have to add on the phone a playlist etc, that it syncs the changes from mac. I did a full reset of the iphone, i also deinstalled and reinstalled apple music but no change ...

what can i do?
