iPad Activation and error 0xE800000C

My iPad2 just rebooted by its own self then it showed my that it needs to be activated , it always tells me that the activation server is off in the moment and i should try in minutes later or i should activate the ipad using itunes.

 

When i connect it using the itunes and try to activate it , it also gives me an error (0xE800000C) and i cant activate my ipad2 .

 

I tried all the ways the people in this community says and it failed to activate .

 

I need a solution please .
