I hate the new iTunes upgrade. How do I revert ...

I don't like iTunes 12.7. In particular, where the apps store and access to my apps are gone. How do I reinstall the previous version?  I dowloaded the previous version. I tried to delete the new version. It would not allow me to because its part of the OS.

You don't need to reinstall the previous version (though there are ways to do so if you really want to), you can update to iTunes 12.6.3 (it's aimed at businesses who have to deploy apps, but works for individuals as well) : Deploy apps in a business environment with iTunes - Apple Support
