is my logic board bad?

Well I'm not able to upload a picture from my phone for some reason but lastnight my MacBook Pro started glitching out with horizontal black lines and change to a thick vertical line. Then my Macs fans would start up. 

I did put in a 2hd recently. 

I have a 2012 MacBook Pro with a 1tb SSD drive and a 520gb hd. 

I've tried repairing my disks 

I've tried booting in safe mode

I've tried command r 

I've tried command option r 

I've tried option 

Sorry I don't know the name of what these do but I followed a list on ifixit. 

I didn't completely erase everything yet
