After updating to High Sierra I've lost all of ...

After updating to High Sierra I have lost all of my custom plugin folders in Logic Pro 10.3.2.  It took me hours to organize these folders and I would hate to have to start all over.

Any Suggestion on how to get my custom folders back?

In addition to the above problem I've discovered that I can no longer permanently save custom plugin folders.  I can create custom folders, save and exit my project but the custom folders are not available in other projects nor are they available in the original project when it is reopened.
