Unable to save files to Files app ‘on my iPad’

Hi, Nish.Anbu. Could you provide a little more detail? For example, which app are you trying to save from...Safari, Pages, Email, etc.? Also, you note that the app is "missing." Are you able to see it at all on the iPad (i.e., as an icon on the home screen), or is it missing there as well?
