iPad Air 2 battery drain since iOS 11.2

Hi since updating to latest iOS 11.2 my battery is either not charging fast enough, or it’s draining quickly.

I don’t usually have problems with battery when updating through iOS. I read about loads and wonder how it could happen.

My second problem is with the ear pieces they stop working from time to time and I have to restart my device to hear anything. During this time Siri also doesn’t work through my mic as well.
