Error5599

I am trying to access home share o my PC but Error Code5599 keeps appearing and I can't find what it means. can anyone help please? I have Windows 10 which I have updated. and the latest ITunes update

bit of shame for apple that did not mention about to authorise device (option in Itune) all the devices you want to put on home share apart from you log in with same account on itunes. and it works . luckly i figured out in 2 mins after checked net and there was no proper reply given.
