Where is IOS 11 complete user guide PDF?

Hi,

I can’t find a pdf of the COMPLETE Ipad IOS 11 user guide.  All I can find are links to a 9-page summary of what is new In 11.  I can find the manual on the apple.com website ( https://help.apple.com/ipad/11/) but when I send it to PDF in iBooks, I get the 9page thing again.  Based on my cc of the IOS10 user guide, it will exceed 500 pages.  Or do I have to PAY for the manual this time???
