Can I return mac book pro Touch ID Touch Bar in...

I want to return my MacBook Pro TouchID and TouchBar to apple as per the details given on  trade page. When I visited at the iStyle store Riyadh the guy told me that it is only on Apple's store. Is it possible to return the device and get back my money.
