Apple Watch Serie 1

do have a serie 1 Apple watch with a battery ptoblem.

it seems that during charging it has "grown" resulting in that the display have been pushed of the watch

Have any one else experianced this problem and is the cause known.

Apple advises that you should not continue using a damaged Apple Watch.
