Hi

I know that there was a program (till 16.10.2017) for replacement such displays, but I was not in time (was away from big cities recently). Is it possible to extend that program? I bought a brand new MacBook Pro month ago and would like to sell the old one (with 'staingate' display), but I can't sell it with such display - no one want to buy.

I wasn't aware that it had officially ended, as it had been handled on a case by case basis. We can't give you any decision here, so the only way to find out for sure is to bring the Mac to an Apple Store “genius” bar and ask: https://support.apple.com/contact If no luck, ask to be elevated to the next level until you can plead your case to the store manager, and possibly to Apple's Customer Service. Be polite but firm.

It's a problem to bring notebook to Apple Store “genius” bar, because we don't have official Apple Store here Official local 'support services' decline to fix because repairing program expired on 16.10.2017
