What is going on with my SS Series 2?

It seems to live its own life because it keeps scrolling up and down all by itself and while it behaves this way it won’t accept any charge. When the problem momentarily goes away it will accept charge.

 

This problem also affects volume control in the Spotify widget when I’m playing a song on my phone (it keeps adjusting the volume up and down).

 

Apple’s Swedish phone support were stumped, they’d never heard of this before. I’ve uploaded a small clip of the issue on vidme.
